1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the Lisa Living online store ("we," "us," "our") by both consumer and business customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase, and retain a copy for your records, as they form part of the contract between you and us for every order.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

The products displayed in our online store do not constitute a legally binding offer on our part; they are an invitation for you to place an order. When you click the order button at checkout, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your cart.

Receiving an automatic confirmation that we have received your order does not, by itself, mean that your order has been accepted. A binding sales contract is only formed once we accept your order — either by sending you a separate order acceptance email or by shipping the goods to you, whichever occurs first. We reserve the right to decline an order, for example in cases of stock unavailability or a suspected error in pricing or product information.

4. Prices

All prices shown on our product pages are quoted in USD and include statutory VAT and other price components already reflected in the displayed price. Any shipping costs applicable to your order are calculated separately and are shown clearly during checkout, before you complete and submit your order, so that you always know the full cost prior to payment.

The payment method you select will be presented and confirmed during checkout. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of contract conclusion or receipt of payment. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for delivery to arrive at the address you provided at checkout.

These timeframes are estimates for standard processing and delivery and do not account for exceptional circumstances outside our control. We will notify you of any significant delay affecting your order.

7. Retention of Title

All goods supplied remain our property until they have been paid for in full. Until title passes to you, you must take reasonable care of the goods.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. We cover the cost of return shipping, so returning an eligible order comes at no additional shipping expense to you. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

9. Warranty

Your statutory warranty rights as a consumer apply to all purchases made through our store and are unaffected by anything in these Terms. These statutory rights exist independently of, and are not a substitute for, any commercial guarantee, and nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the protections available to you under applicable law.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about your order or these Terms, we encourage you to contact us first using the details in Section 2 so that we can work together toward a resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly between us, either party remains free to pursue the matter through the courts or any other dispute resolution channel available under the governing law referenced below.

11. Governing Law and Severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Should any individual provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue to apply in full.
